Grewal

Garry has had a prolific career as a food & beverage consultant over the past 15 years.

Garry holds a Bachelor’s degree from St. Joseph’s College of Commerce and a post-graduate degree from Symbiosis. He brings together all the different moving parts of the business to execute every amazing project.

You can find the past clients’ acknowledgements here. He was recently named one of the best food & beverage consultants in India by EagleOwl (one of India’s leading restaurant software companies).

He manages the award-winning bar at the prestigious Karnataka Golf Association (KGA) in Bangalore. He is also a partner at Fat Cat Pizza which has a cult-like following in Bangalore.

Garry is passionate about hospitality, especially the bar industry.

Garry started his career with Hard Rock Café and Shiro before taking up his first assignment as a consultant for Jayamahal Palace Hotel in Bangalore.

Since then, he’s set up several places such as Toit, Prost, Via Milano/Hokey Cokey, Zero40, Drunkling, Salut, Atomic Lab, Karnataka Golf Association, Aurum Brew Works, PappaRoti, and many more.

From creating layouts, equipment BOQs, cost management, food and bar menu curation, SOPs and training staff on processes, etiquette and knowledge, Delsica does it all.
